Shipping policy

- All items will leave the warehouse within 24 hours and will ship via the fastest and best priced option matched to the customer selection. Preferred shipping methods are 2 -3 business days via USPS or UPS, but please note that after the item leaves our facility that timeline is out of our hands. We can not honor time frames promised by 3rd party shippers.

 - All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via the most cost effective and timely solution available. Typically within 2 to 7 business days.

 - If you are at all dissatisfied with your shipping situation, please email support@patio-provisions.com and we will work with you on partially refunding your shipping costs in order to maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
